Amateur mixologist and loyal listener "Hungry Jim" shared this refreshing recipe with us to pair with a Bahn mi made with smoked pork belly. Beautiful color and presentation, it complimented the spicy pickled vegetables and sandwich perfectly!


Cilantro Infused Gin Martini


Botanical Gin 2.5 oz

Fresh Lime Juice 1 oz

Lillet Blanc 1 oz


In the shaker, muddle quartered slices of cucumber and a handful of cilantro leaves and stems (stems assist in the coloring of the cocktail). Add rest of ingredients, ice and shake. Pour through a double strainer into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a twisted length of cucumber peel.
